My Weight Loss Plan & How It Is Working


My weight loss plan is really working good for me. I have lost another 3 pounds for a total of 15 pounds. Hello followers today I will tell you how I have been losing these pounds so maybe you can too.  First of all here’s the most important thing YOU have to make a decision that you want to do this. What I mean by this is I heard this so much in my life is “I will try to lose some weight” Here’s what your saying to yourself I am not going to do it. From my understanding if you want something bad enough the universe will give it to you but you have to do it and follow through. If you want to make money or lose weight or maybe quit smoking all these things can be accomplished but you have to want it and work toward the goal that you want.

I know you may think this is crazy but it has happened to me several times this last year. But let me ask you this. Who is always the one that talks you out of doing what you said you were going to do? That little voice in your head. Think about it. We all talk to ourselves in some way and most of the time it talks you out of doing something you said you were going to do. Sounds crazy but it’s true. I can tell you from experience that the mind is a very powerful thing. You can literally make yourself sick And if you let it can control you so much you will never know what is real and what isn’t. I was there in my life at one point. I didn’t know if I was sick or I was causing it. Be confident be strong and do what you say your going to do and thing will start changing for you. Be positive about yourself smile feel good about yourself. Live your life don’t live to die like most people. I know for a fact that this works I have used for my health and my business and now for my weight loss. IT works and we all have it in us to do this.weight loss plan

Once you have that done this is the easy part. You may have to make some sacrifices but you can do it. Probably the biggest is eating out. Most restaurants don’t have 300 calorie meals. Unless you eat salad or you could eat 2 eggs and whole wheat toast. I started this diet the first of November and went through the holiday still losing weight. It works but it is slow 1-2-3 pounds a week but I can maintain the way I am eating because the meals I picked I like. If you need help at first I use a program on the net to help me figure out the calories. Did that for a couple weeks and now I can pretty much figure it out on my own. See simple you just have to pay attention to what you eat. Here’s how to look at the losing of weight it took you 10 -20 years to put that on right so it’s best to bring it off slowly anyway. To this day it doesn’t seam like I have lost anything but my wife says she can tell in my stomach and I can see it on the scale so I am good. I know it’s work and I know I will get to where I want to be.

There has been a lot of hard nights and I just focused on my business and that got me through being hungry. Focusing on something you like can help tremendously.  Till the next time.
